Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 3 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Streetbees (Londres, Inglaterra) en mar 2017
Entrevista
Process consisted out of 4 different conversations.
Head of talent:
Default initial conversation to ensure both parties understand what the opportunities are.
COO:
Conversational interview discussing the history, current state and future of the company (not necessarily specific to the role), as well as running through current experience in Product Management
Head of Product + Head of Engineering:
Probably the most Q&A style interview. Discussed a lot of challenges both product as process wise, and how to solve them.
CEO:
Again, very conversational. Same topics as COO, but more focussed on the PM role in all of them.
In general it was a very pleasant experience, as in every interview, it was possible to have actual conversations with the people on the other side of the table. Didn't always feel like an interview at all.
Overall, very good experience.
Note: I ended up not taking the job for personal reasons.

Pregunta 1
A number of very specific challenges were given to me, and I needed to talk through how I would handle them.
On the other hand, a number of very broad situations were presented, where the same was requested.

What is the most difficult decision you've ever had to make?
Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. El proceso tomó 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Streetbees (Londres, Inglaterra) en nov 2018
Entrevista
I went through phone screening, interview with Product Lead, 1 offline business case, a triple round interview with COO, Product Lead and CTO.
I was told I passed all rounds, but an additional 30 mins round with CEO was required. She put lots of pressure for a 30 mins conversation and she's clearly from a consulting background. I don't think the mindset she's looking for in a PM is really required for a good PM. Are consulting like business cases really relevant for a good PM? I had already passed a product focused business case....
Her opinion is the only one that matters - I feel like I've wasted my time, I could have interviewed with her in the first place if she's the only one who decides.
I agree with the perception of her described in many negative feedbacks on Glassdore.
