There are two interviews and the first one with a presentation included. The second phase is an organization fit interview. The only problem is how they were done within a very short notice. There was also a long delay getting response from the Human resource department.

First round of shortlists interview. It was a group interview. All other shortlisted candidates were present. We were divided into groups and assigned tasks which were assessed individually and at the group level.
