I applied online and got a call in about a week. I interviewed with the Customer Service Manager. The interview was mostly behavioral questions. Some questions about former work as I had been with another supermarket prior. Being that it wasn't particularly challenging work they just wanted to see that I was personable and level headed. I was still quite young so it wasn't an overly formal experience. I got an offer in person at the end of the interview.

Entrevista
Straight forward, thorough, the interviewer has no actual experience with the job I applied for. I think all management should have to do the jobs of non supervisory hourly paid staff. The store felt more like a prison than a grocery store.

Not too intimidating, pretty standard. The questions were about my previous work experience and my schedule. They asked some questions regarding motivation, my goals and aspirations, and what interests me to be a part of their team.

I applied online and they got back to me within a week or 2. I came in for an interview and they showed me around the store and my station and I came in a couple days after that for my first training.
