Interview process is very straightforward, and your availability plays a huge factor. I had a one on one meeting with a manager who was very nice. He called me on the phone first to schedule the appointment, and I met him at the store.

Super easy, they basically just ask you about any experience and then your availability. It is very informal, jeans and a sweater work for an interview outfit. Overall, the interview probably lasted about 15-30 minutes.
