Very welcoming and positive attitudes from the manager. They tell what they expect up front and i really liked that. It was a Very professional experience. You also had to explain what position you wanted as well as fill out 3 questions on a computer. If you were hired they would send you a background check to n your email.
Brought a resume in to the interview, was hired on the spot based on prior experience in grocery/cashiering. Was not expecting to be hired on the spot. They explained the union situation and that was about it.

Very quick interview. Interviewer was friendly. Asked about availability and stressed the importance of stop and shop being a union. You will be hired as long as you are friendly polite and can demonstrate a positive attitude towards customers. Experience a plus.
I met with the store manager at the store. The interview was very easy and informative. We went over their benefits and what is like to work there. I had been a cashier before so I knew what would have been expected.
