Simple meeting with HR and front end manager. General customer service questions. They ask about what you already know about the company and why you want to work there. They ask if you have a flexible work schedule too.

Clear, focused on customer service. Thorough description of the company philosophy and work expectations. Honest about the environment, that it is busy and fast moving. Followed by a detailed training which made me feel prepared.
