Waited about 30 minutes to be interview because it was so busy at the store. Managers should not be scheduling interviews during busy times . Took me outside for the interview, explained the position, wasn't even the position I had applied for. Explained to me that all women must dress in night life clothes, hair and makeup completely done and must always wear heels. Even said that 40% of managers / supervisors paycheck is based on commission .
