It was a very relaxed interview with many personality questions. Make sure you know how they plan to utilize advocacy AND legal mobilization to implement immigration reform. They are very big on cultural competency so expect to be asked how you can reach out to different communities! Hint: It is always helpful to state you plan to leverage social media to reach out to millennials.
