A total waste of time with irrelevant off-topic questions. The majority of the interview he was asking a bunch of personal questions that are in no way related to the job.I was already in distress due to personal reasons prior to the interview but that was not the case at all, I still managed to keep it all under control and go on with the interview. He asked me what my career goal is and I mentioned that I wanted to become a real estate broker and he asked questions about why i wanted to start my own business and why real estate, and about my family and how I grew up and what life lessons i was taught by my family and how my family runs their businesses, etc. He kept causing me such distress and anxiety throughout the interview with off-topic personal questions that by the time we get to the questions that are somewhat related to the position, I was in no condition to answer them as I had already fallen into a full blown panic attack. I was only asked ONE job related question ( what have you learned about us) at the end of the interview and that’s one of the many job related questions I was prepared for and couldn’t even give a proper answer because of how stressed I was. DESPITE of it all, I felt embarrassed about the way I was during the interview and still decided to redeem myself for the sake of my own ,I sent him an email attached with the answers I felt that I could have answered better (but in no way obligated to).I feel (and everyone I told about the incident agree that )the guy was obviously deliberately trying to prolong the phone call for god knows what reasons and if only it had been work-related I would not be writing this review. I do not recommend anyone to apply for and at this place because nobody deserves to deal with such hassle for such a small position.

It was very simple interview process with a couple of basic questions probably around 5 different questions all via phone call that I got to schedule a time slot for.

I was quickly contacted by a contacted by a recruiter after applying. The interview wasn't central time, so it was at 7 a.m. The recruiter asked if I was bilingual..after completing the application, I would think they would review the information. Anyway as quick as our conversation was, I received a rejection letter, I believe on the same day.

Short and to the point. Told the hiring manager about my past experience and how they apply to the role. Was asked about my experience with salesforce and Office 365.
