I had video call with HR staff to find out more about the role. I was interested. Then, I was given an assignment to complete within 5 working days. I will not share the details but it involves coding and mathematical modelling. I didn't proceed beyond the assignment step as my assignment attempt was not as good as that of other candidates. Overall, a positive experience. The HR staff was professional, polite and willing to provide feedback on my application.
