Abismal, submit a resume, then fill it all out again, complete a bs personality quiz, online interview, then go in for an in-person speed interview with countless other people only to find out the whole arduous process I'd just gone through was irrelevant and I could have just shown up. Never so much as an email back.

What's a difficult customer interaction you've had?
Easiest interview I've ever had. I was only asked 3 questions, 'tell me about yourself, what are your strengths & weaknesses, what is your availability?' Lasted about 10 minutes maximum
