Long hours but ok over all needs patience to work with some customers but if your social it's good and schedule changes are not as moved as most places Be polite and patient with co workers because the work environment Is small since it's a coffee shop

First interview went well, just the basic behavioral questions that should be answered using the STAR method. Second interview was less questions but with the district manager. Still waiting to hear back (if they reach out at all).
