It was chill, so there was not much pressure when coming to apply as a barista. I would highly recommend doing it if you are open to it. Would highly recommend.

Additionally, they were interested in how I embody the company’s core values, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers. They also asked about my flexibility, time management, and ability to adapt to new tasks quickly.
