Applied online, got a call two weeks later and set up an interview. Got interviewed by two managers, one after the other. Was asked basic questions about previous work experiences, and how I dealt with problems/conflicts, and about my work ethics and relationships with supervisor and coworkers. They were very friendly, and offered me a drink on the house.

If a customer were to ask you two questions at the same time, how would you prioritize the tasks?
Basically a short chat about my availability, my interest in the job, why I want to work there, how familiar I am with coffee and what my past experiences in hospitality were.
Easiest interview I've ever had. I was only asked 3 questions, 'tell me about yourself, what are your strengths & weaknesses, what is your availability?' Lasted about 10 minutes maximum

it was great. I answered every question thoughtfully and easily. You have to have two interviews, one with the manager and one with the district manager. It is a in person interview. They ask many questions and will either hire you on the spot or you will have to call to see if you get the position.
