I was called by my local Starbucks for an interview. I went to the Starbucks and sat down with their manager. She was very nice. She asked many questions that I was kind of unready for. I didn't have an answer to many of her questions. I left the interview and she said that she would call me on friday (in two days). Nobody called me Friday, so I called back the following day. The manager told me that they would call and let me know on Monday. Monday came and nobody called, so I called them again and they told me that I wasn't hired.
Basically a short chat about my availability, my interest in the job, why I want to work there, how familiar I am with coffee and what my past experiences in hospitality were.

After applying online they invited me for an online interview that was a group interview then the next stage would have been a one to one digital interview over zoom.

What's a difficult customer interaction you've had?
Easiest interview I've ever had. I was only asked 3 questions, 'tell me about yourself, what are your strengths & weaknesses, what is your availability?' Lasted about 10 minutes maximum
