Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 1 semana. Acudí a una entrevista en Starbucks (Tukwila, WA) en jun 2010
Entrevista
My on-the-phone interview was about 20 minutes long. The manager was kind and she asked me to come to the store for an interview in a week. The questions were ones that I've practiced on so I was prepared. I dressed professionally and came five minutes early. My sister works at Starbucks so I used that to amp up my interview answers. For the questions, I asked about what Starbucks does for those who are also full-time college students.
Basically a short chat about my availability, my interest in the job, why I want to work there, how familiar I am with coffee and what my past experiences in hospitality were.
Easiest interview I've ever had. I was only asked 3 questions, 'tell me about yourself, what are your strengths & weaknesses, what is your availability?' Lasted about 10 minutes maximum
it was great. I answered every question thoughtfully and easily. You have to have two interviews, one with the manager and one with the district manager. It is a in person interview. They ask many questions and will either hire you on the spot or you will have to call to see if you get the position.
Thank you for taking the time to write your feedback. We appreciate your input and are happy to hear that you’ve enjoyed the interview process here at Starbucks.
