I wait almost 2 weeks for my phone interview after I submit my application. it went well, the Lady is very friendly and I am positive about the phone interview. Then after other 2 weeks, I received the confirmation email for the in-person interview. I thought I totally get the job, everything is perfect, I answer all the questions and even the HR manager told me I definitely will get the phone call. but nothing happened. I even didn't receive the rejection email.
