Had a phone interview with the recruiter. It went really well and was told she would definitely send my resume to the hiring manager and the next round in the interview process would be a panel. I asked how long would the whole process take? I was told I would hear back soon because she does not like to leave candidates guessing. Been two weeks now since I interviewed and never heard back despite sending a follow-up email.

The recruiter that was working this requisition is super kind. She has made the process so much smoother and I wish all recruiters could be like Andrea. I did not move forward in the process after my interview with the VP of HR, as the role was a little more HRBP oriented, which was outside of my expertise and I was not fully qualified just yet, but Andrea's communication and personality is top notch.
