First round will be a pymetrics game. If you have done this before, you can just use the previous game result. Second round will be a video interview also in pymetrics. All of them are behavior questions. Why this role? Why Standard Chartered? How do you solve a problem where the usual approach would not work? How do you deal with a stressful challenge? Tell me a time when you need to work in a team? Unfortunately, I didn't make it to the next round. Good luck!

How do you solve a problem where the usual approach would not work?
first is behavioural test in alignment with the values of the company, group interview with hr and then with the lead of your department. applied to tech position even though didn't ask any specific technical questions,
online assessment with standard hr questions, ac round with group case study and panel interview with senior leaders in the bank. did not hearback from them after my ac round even though hr mentioned up to 2 week

Relatively chill interview, focused more on fit than technicals. Superday consisted of 2 b2b interviews, followed by a group case study. Overall pretty satisfactory experience, friendly interviewers. Prepare a little for knowledge of bank etc.
