After completing the application, they will immediately prompt you to complete the pymetrics hiring assessment. However, note that the Pymetrics hiring assessment will consist of 16 games instead of the usual 12 games in other banks or financial services companies.
Pretty standard HIrevue, 5 questions with 2 minutes to answer. Submitted through my college's portal, received an email a week later requesting to conduct a HIrevue interview. Questions were pretty standard behavioral questions.
