RED FLAG.

      Entrevista

Is not bad but is not good. Just meh. Listed below you will find the reasons why the hiring process is just meh: - Like you if have other options don’t hesitate to take the other option. -Don’t believe the reviews you see about the “amazing environment ” since sadly they ask their current employees to create false expectations and reviews so people don’t see the honest reviews. -This staffing company has many red flags. and expect you not to ask them questions. - If you wish to have a working experience similar to a call center then you can apply here. -They just look for candidates that don’t ask too much and ask less than average salary, the benefits they offer on the board jobs become active until you start with a client. - They don’t have a client waiting to interview you. Meaning they can let you go after one month, two days, or any day without notice. You can be lucky and find a client within the unpaid training but still you can be very unlucky and not find a client :(. -This methodology is super common for staffing that are desperate to boost their data base. Because they have the capability to actually pay you they simply don’t want to pay and they just keep the money to themselves. ( I’m not talking about the staff lol) - Please, only take this job if you have an extra income or some money save for emergencies because they don’t care about the people they hire. -if you ask “too much” they just disregard the questions, or change the subject. -When I asked the assistant of the talent team if the training was paid she only said “we give a training of 5 days and then you will be assign specific trainings for your role” and luckily the most important team member login to the meeting and the other member was like “well yeah here is x that she can address those questions ”. Sadly, they keep going that most people that complain online is because they don’t put effort to the process and I just play along with them since I just wanted the whole experience to be over and receive my rejection automatically email sent to me the very same day or the next day. - salary negotiations: sometimes as humans we take the first thing that we get offer bc we need the money or just bc we are not educated of the actual rate the client pays to them. I told the first team member I want from x- z amount the less amount that I can take is X but I will not be happy with that amount since i gave him the EXACT rate that I was making with 14 salaries. - unfortunately we got lost in the process and he wrote what he understood. I noticed it but kept it to myself since once again I wanted to make sure to speak with the manager prior to accepting an amount. - once the manager asked do you agree with x amount with bonus. I was like No, I need from x- z amount I don’t like to depend on bonus since that is not a secure amount I rather have a good base salary than having a very low amount of base salary and have to depend on bonuses. - Her and her assistant reacted like offended and uncomfortable, both of them started to message each other privately and you can see that manager was telling her assistant to wrap the call and send the automatic rejection email. -Believe me, this action is super common with people that have never been under that process or just lack understanding and empathy since under their bubble of privilege they don’t understand why us as workers are asking for a correct rate and our rights. - I know that was going to get rejected since the universe was working on my favor and even my car alarm went off which has never happened and told my partner “wow this is the universe telling me to not take this job and just finish up the call” . - i gave them answers that I will NEVER EVER give to a talent team. Since I know that I was going to get rejected but still I want to see their reactions and lack of professionalism that I saw on the reviews to see if the other person was lying or they were the ones that were lying. - That was the reaction ( lack of empathy and professionalism) I got and the confirmation that truly they are lacking of SOP’s and just want their commission and good biweekly check. As Argentina’s ( most of the management team is from SouthAmerica) they expect the best for them. So why treat others with the worst and not expect the other countries to ask the same rights as them? - is understandable until certain point and circumstances maybe they were more uncomfortable than I was, but still that doesn’t justifies why not to answer simple recruitment questions. If you want this job and need the job try to avoid those questions: Will I get pay the 5-10 days of training ? When will I get paid? What is the platform you guys deposit the funds for my biweekly payment? Is this a monthly or biweekly payment? If I get laid off will I get pay the days that I was working ? How do you manage the reviews that you guys have online ? Overall, they can improve like a lot

      Pregunta 1

Tbh i don’t remember any good question but basically just read the first paragraph and the other reviews and overall just avoid this canonical event. ( (if you don’t have other options well just take the job and expect the best maybe you will get a better experience:). )
