It was good interview process, total 6 rounds. HR was very responsive and the process was very smooth. All rounds were experience based interviews and they help you understand the role well and set expectations
I have worked on building and enhancing multiple workforce management features at Sprinklr, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements, design workflows, and deliver user-friendly solutions. My experience has strengthened my product thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
Well managed but slightly difficult questions as per the title. They do not differentiate between upper and lower management. You need to present to CTO also which is quite stressful for a product analyst

A case study analysis and guesstimate tasks to assess problem-solving and analytical skills.
An HR round to evaluate cultural fit, personality, and overall alignment with the company's values and expectations.
