The interview was multiple stages. 1) Phone screen with hiring manager - The interview was focused on background experience and relevance to the open role 2) Take-home coding challenge (1 week deadline) - The challenge will take at least 10-20 hours and includes some possible steps for bonus points. 3) On-site interview - The interview consisted of multiple interview slots: - One-on-One with hiring manager - One-on-One with Director of Engineering - One-on-One with HR - One-on-One with Staff engineer - Pair coding exercise with two engineers - Lunch with 3 engineers
