I do not recommend Spokeo as a company anyone should consider working for. The organization is falling apart with horrible communication between multiple departments. Besides the communication issues I noted during my interview process, what also stood out was the hiring manager openly smoking his vape during our time together; we were originally scheduled for an hour but it only lasted 30 minutes with the hiring manager stating he wanted to push me through to the next step. Normally, I wouldn’t care about someone needing to smoke, but there’s a time and place for things, and that wasn’t the right time, Bret. I was given an offer, but gladly declined.
