Applied through an employment agency - brief telephone interview with them to assess suitability, then the waiting game while my CV went across to API. Finally after about a week, a F2F interview with API was set up. Interviewed on a Friday morning with two exceptionally friendly people (hiring manager and HR rep) who instantly put me at ease. Interview itself centred around mostly competency and cultural type questions - nothing too difficult for me as I'd done a very similar job at one of their competitors - and lasted for around an hour. Overall a positive experience.
