The job posting was on craigslist.com and I submitted my resume for review. A few days passed and I got an email asking if I could come in for an initial interview with Carmel the Spa Director. I went in and took a tour of the spa. Speaking with Carmel, I explained how I didn't have any previous experience in the health industry but was keen to learn. After speaking with the Director for about 20 minutes, I left. I got an email when I got home asking if I could come in for a second interview the next day, during which I'd learn the computer program Millennium. During the second interview, I went over the program with Nicole, the Retail Manager. The program is relatively easy to learn and I was tested on how to make refunds etc through the program. After successfully learning the basics of the program, I was told I was hired. I signed the papers and got hired.
