I was contacted by a recruiter by phone, she scheduled a phone interview where she "screened" me for Spanish proficiency, and experience working with children. She then scheduled me an interview on site. Upon arrival on site, I don't think anyone was expecting me but they interviewed me anyway. I was interviewed by the program director and the assistant lead. I received a call that same day with an offer.
