There was an Assessment Center interview to start with, then as a second round I was interviewed by my future direct superior and HR. I had prepared a presentation which was followed up by more questions. As a close I was asked to handle 2 specific situations they had prepared. Those related to people management and conflict solving. Also an online base questionnaire/ assessment needed to be taken in advance of this interview.
