The CEO starts off by giving a background of the company and the mission and values. You are asked to talk about yourself briefly. It seems they care to find out your background and establish what kind of person you are. You must take an assessment to be considered. They want to know what your strengths and weaknesses are and also want to know where you WANT to be within the company.
