Total they 4 rounds of interview process which should be as follows:
1. Round with recruiter.
2. With hiring manager.
3. Home assessment - python.
4. 4 panel round -
a. SQL - Team member - 45 min
b. python - Team member- 45 min
c. system design - Team member- 45 min
d. behavioral - Hiring manger-15 min
Director / Head of Engineering - 30 min
I have went through all the interview rounds and after each round I could able to calculate the feedback it's positive or negative. Key here is schedule time , if your conversation is going till allotted time or more that's the positive sign.
Python, SQL, System design level question is pretty basic.
Behavioral is also basic.
I cleared all the round and have a positive feeling about the offer, but when I asked Recruiter, she told me she doesn't have any notes yet but after 15 min, I was getting an automated email about rejection, which stated "We received many applications for this role and the hiring process has been a very competitive one. Although we were impressed with your qualifications, we have decided not to move forward with your application at this time" (basically no reason) no logic about the rejection.
I felt I wasted so much of my time to entertain these guys.
