If you’re reading this before solving their test, trust me, don’t bother. Regardless of how you perform, the chances of them actually selecting you are the same as you sending in your resume to a random company for the first time. You’ll receive a standard email where they’ll ask you to complete a test. A 7 questions long algorithm test which then you’ll solve and send them back. You’ll probably receive the the rejection email within the next week regardless of how accurately you solved the test. There was no contact made before the email or any over the phone interview, there might as well be a bot sending the test email out :) Value yourself. We as candidates should literally stop applying to companies with such hiring process. How can we expect them to treat us well after hiring if their hiring process is like this?
