Very unconventional and unpleasant interviewing process. Interviewed for a marketing position, but was asked very technical, engineering questions during the one of the many phone interviews. I was also asked to make a marketing flyer to "prove my marketing skills" before employment terms would be discussed - which I thought was odd, as that basically would be doing the job before I was hired.
