It started off with the recruiter who seemed interested in my background. Then a hiring manager round which went well and I got a feedback from the recruiter that he was impressed. This was followed by a technical interview which was good and could proceed to the virtual onsite. 4 different people interviewed me with design, behavioral and technical rounds. Everything was going on really well. I was pretty confident that there would be a positive response but all of a sudden the recruiter sent me a rejection email but with a standard response. I asked for feedback but no reply. Why can’t you care about any feedback. It takes just 15-20 mins to get back to the candidate. That’s really very surprising that when it goes good they tell that manager was impressed but when its rejected they don’t care to help the candidate to understand where they went weong
