The recruiter did not show up to the first interview call, and emailed me that they had a conflict 5 minutes into the scheduled time, after being prompted to do so. After rescheduling, the interview asked the standard 'get to know you questions,' and probed my background. I disagreed with some of the questions the recruiter had asked, it seemed as if they were unexperienced in the area of data science, and how to ask questions to gauge a candidates experience. They also ran 10 minutes over time. I found the recruiter to be unprofessional, asking the same questions over and over again, and despite answering them, they seemed to be distracted by whatever it is that they were doing. It was clearly not a good fit, and to top it off, got ghosted with no courtesy rejection. Speaks volumes about their interview process/culture. From the other reviews, it seems as if they have a strong data science team, but I honestly feel as if I dodged a bullet.
