Consisted of two interviews, one 30 min MS Teams interview with the hiring manager, and one hour-long Teams interview with the same hiring manager + 3 other members of the team. Everyone I met was really nice and passionate about their jobs. A member of HR worked with me throughout the process and was also really friendly. They were very transparent about the process, salary, and expectations of the position. Asked for references after the last interview. While I declined the offer in the end, it was a great experience and I'd definitely consider applying at SI again in the future.
