The interview process has 3 rounds. First is about your background, second is about situational questions, third round is demo coaching session where you get to watch a mini 10 minutes session of a coach then jump in and do the exact the same.

There was one phone interview and a background check. I was also drug tested and fingerprinted since you will be working in preschools. The phone interview was easy, and the person I interviewed with was very positive and upbeat.
