a face to face interview was conducted with the department manager. A standardized set of questions were asked with responses being recorded. In total, the process took roughly an hour and I was offered the job at the end.
Applied in store and was called in a little over a week later to have an interview with the department manager and later the store owner. Interviews were both brief and straight forward.
Went quicker than normal. Wasn’t asked a lot of questions, so it didn’t feel overwhelming at all. Went okay, the person was very nice, it was just a quick interview.
Overall smooth process, was hired quickly because understaffed. Fewer hours than i needed but that was communicated during the interview so it wasnt a surprise. Had other retail experience but nothing elsd
