Very unstructured, rude and very judgy recruiter. This person either did not represent the company values or the company simply does not live them. The behavior did not want me even to go forward with this application. Anyway, maybe it was just a bad day.

The first call was with the SDR manager. They were very brief. Said they do a bunch of "these types of calls" (good to know it does not matter to you). They did not ask any good questions and I felt like I was not able to showcase any of my current experience or knowledge of the product. Also got GHOSTED which I am honestly not surprised. Even a generic no is better than leaving someone in the dark. Also not sure how you are able to qualify a candidate without any understand of their experiences/understanding of your product.
