You have to followup for the feedback...
No decisiveness in process...
5 rounds with different people.....each talking about the work style at SD being very fast paced...
But their process is slower than a bullock-cart
2 Hiring freeze in 1 month after commitment by HR & Senior management personal
Hope how they treat prospective employees they are not treating their vendors/customers...

Interview was very streamlined. A telephonic call, followed by an in person meeting with reporting manager who then elaborated the job description and asked to work on a small PPT. The same was mailed to the HR and RM and after a few days I was given confirmation to join them.

Regular marketing questions and regarding the relevant category for which post was vacant. They ensure that the candidates English especially grammar and vocabulary is flawless. They also prefer candidate with a creative bent of mind who can market a product attractively and ethically.
