Interview was relaxed for the position. Spoke with the head of front desk and their supervisor for about 10 minutes about my background and how I'd fit with the schedule there. Also discussed certain situations and how'd I'd deal with them but none were out of the blue or needed preparation. Very straightforward. Started orientation which was a full day on a weekend about 2 weeks after interview.
