I was interviewed by the Senior Members of the team, the VP of the deparment, department head. Most of the questions are related to your relationship with your family. I think this is because of the type of culture Smart has. They ensure that you will fit to the system or can easily adjust to the system.

Why Smart? Why not other telecom. Tell something about your family and your relationship with them.
Steps (interview with): Phone interview, Human Resources, Supervisor, Manager, and Department Head. Then after that an assessment.
They are all kind and I think the work environment is great since the employees are happy.

Entrevista
I applied online and after two days they emailed me for an initial interview. I had three interviews (HR, Dept. head and Immediate Boss) and if you passed the final interview you will now proceed to the employment testing. The whole process took week.
