I was very disappointed with this process. I recall 4 occasions over a 2 month period where the recruiter failed to call me despite previously agreeing a time. When I arrived on site for interviews I was told that 2 out of the 3 would be over Skype which I was not expecting. When I was told I was unsuccessful the recruiter offered to give me feedback but when I provided my availability he never replied. Very unprofessional and disappointing, given how much time and research I had invested in the process.
