Entrevista
The interview process is tedious and unclear. I first had a phone interview with the owner. Then, I met with the co-owner (husband) for appx 1.5 hours and with his wife for appx 1 hour. After a brief review on their end, they asked me to return for a second interview where I was informed that I would be doing a "trial run" for 1.5 hours and then was in a group interview with the other applicant.
At the end, we were told that both of us had passed with flying colors and that if our references checked out, we would each have an offer by the end of the week.
After only connecting with 2 out of 3 of my references, I was told that I was no longer a fit.
While I am aware that the conversation from my references are confidential, I inquired about feedback from the company to improve as an applicant and was promptly ignored-- which I see as a negative for the company because they themselves are a recruiting firm.
I asked my references for feedback on how their calls went (knowing what order they went in) and was told that the owner claimed that my other references had told him that I was a bad team player and difficult to manage. (This included the conversation with the first reference he called.) Honestly, it seems like they were being manipulative and baiting my references to provide a negative review.
In the end, this was an EXTREMELY fake and time consuming process.

What do I enjoy doing in my spare time? How well do I work in a small office setting?

There was an initial phone interview with the owner's husband. Then he does a face to face. Third interview is with the owner, Liz Britian. Then you meet with an employee. Final interview, you come in and make calls following their script in front of the office.
Beware, lots of promises are made that they are unable to deliver on.
