What other companies did you apply for?
Very creative and long. Cumulated into a full day networking/team challenge event. Did not make it to the shortlist but enjoyed the process. Will recommend this to those who are interested in Singtel and what they do.
1. Online tests and video interview (standard cognitive assessments and video interview where you will record yourself talking)
2. Assessment centre (full day, work on a business case simulation by making adjustments to data on an excel sheet with your teammates. Present to a panel your considerations.)
3. Panel interview (once getting to this stage, offer is quite secure)
