Video call first with company owner and then an in person interview with a few members of their team in person. Owner was polite and so was the team. They asked good questions, as did I, but I did not get the job because I "did not know enough about the company" and owner who has written a book and occasionally gives lectures on marketing. They seem like a fun culture and work environment.
