Messiest recruitment process in a long time. Had 4 interviews, the Hiring Manager’s questions were basic, I haven’t been challenged once in the interview process, if anything felt I was overqualified based on what they’ve shared. However we got along and seemed to have a good understanding of the industry so I decided to continue. The interview organisation is all over the place, you had no clue what to expect or with whom the interviews would take place. Had the final interview scheduled with the HR, turns out it was a call with founders. They asked broad questions, felt like they didn’t know what they wanted. Based on the reviews of this agency I’m not surprised seems like they’re struggling, at the end of the interview I had mixed feelings. They promised to get back to me within a few days, ghosted me for 3 weeks. The industry is small so it’s a weird experience to say the least.
