There is none. It's just talking with the recruiter on the phone in a free-form way. The recruiter got on the call 10 minutes late for a 30-minute call then had to end on time. The promised prompt follow-up for rescheduling didn't happen for days due to poor follow-up on their part. A very poor and disorganized first impression of this employer. They don't seem to know what they are doing. It's too laid back. Not recommended.
