I was contacted by their recruiter who scheduled the interview. I was asked to fill out an application form while waiting for the interview to begin. I thought this should have been requested earlier. The interview was more focussed on my contacts than my abilities, which was unexpected, but not inappropriate for the a consultant interview. I felt there were too many "gotcha" questions - very specific questions about projects in years past. One of the interviewers actually felt it necessary to inform me of their policy of not tolerating poor performance. The interviewers also refused to inform me of any specific position(s) I was interviewing for. Overall, a very strange interview. However, I have since met many employees of this company who are happy with it.
