Milan office (Italy). Applied online, one super day and received the offer on the same day. I did 3 interviews in total. First interview was with a manager. Case about revenue streams in the airport industry, with a focus on parking fees and structure. Second interview was with two younger team members. Case about revenue sizing of a cruise ship. After these two interviews they told me they wanted me to meet a partner on the same day. I did another case, very specific on grocery stores’ refrigerators, interesting. I have to admit that the entire process, although long, was very pleasant. I felt the interviewers’ interest towards me, and they were extremely supportive throughout the interviews, helping on cases when needed and doing team brainstorming alongside me. They were also prone to outlining good insights, and bad insights just as well, and they took time to explain things I didn’t know that could have helped me in the case (like a detailed structure of airports’ parkings and fees). I received an offer directly from the partner, and it took me 10mins to accept it. I had other offers with more well-known and higher-paying consultancies, but the positive and constructive attitude in SK Milano has really impressed me and I can’t wait to start working for (with) them. My experience has been very positive, and I can only recommend this place (at least the Milan office) for what concerns the interview process.
