The process began with a phone screen and an on-site interview. Questions included TA experience, direct report experience, and project management. The team seems to be small and includes both on-site and contract recruiters. Struggles seem to include typical struggles one would typically find in manufacturing.

No offer- stung along. The process was drawn out and cumbersome. 2 separate conversations with the direct leader, 2nd round onsite for three hours and then a separate conversation with the team, mostly contractors that indicated at length they don’t like to be micro managed and don’t like any type of group meetings.
